It´s called "Shinjitsu no Yukue", its singer, i don´t know. Maybe is Tomoyo Mitani, but it isn´t confirmed.

She sang just about every vocal theme in every .hack//video game. Im almost definite she sang Auras theme, the ending theme, Mutation opening theme, Quarantine opening theme and the hidden forbidden holy ground theme in the first four games. Shes also sang sevral songs for .hack//g.u. 1 and 2 some of which were accompanied by some male opera singer. I cant exactly confirm this but there voices sound the exact same in every one of those songs.
