Just an FYI - Donations

Dothackers needs monthly donations of $15.00 to keep the website up and running (so we can provide you with exclusive stuff like the post below this one!). This does NOT include the $119.00 we owe yearly also. Please spare a penny if you can (we're all still poor college students, but things will change soon!). It's much appreciated. Every person who donates will receive a custom gold plated "I donated to dothackers" plaque. No, not really.

Click below to pay via PayPal (this goes directly to our webhost's account).

A (very small) Sneak Peak at the Next .hack Series

Anime Monkey, one of dothackers' message board moderators, scanned the NewWorldGuide for us (see post below if you have no idea what we're talking about). Some parts of the article about the new series is posted below. The article reveals nothing about platform, genre, or even whether or not it's a game. All we know is that it's .hack, and that they're using the .hack//LINK-era FMD. More pages from the magazine are being scanned, so stay tuned!

New .hack Series Takes The World R:X by Storm!

The .hack//G.U. Trilogy NewWorldGuide, which was released alongside Trilogy this week, revealed artwork for a new series, possibly new games, connected to the new .hack//LINK era. This new series may even answer the questions raised by a certain "twist" in Trilogy. In addition, Bandai Namco Vice President Shin Unozawa stated in an interview in the magazine that in the wake of the success of Trilogy he is considering making a movie based on the first 4 .hack games. More information will be posted as it becomes available, so stay tuned, and feel free to discuss this on our message board, where news sometimes breaks before it's even posted here.
